Where your ad appears
The same campaign is shown on the website and inside the Windows and Android apps. Every ad is clearly labelled Sponsored.
- Home page and Get the app page on the website.
- Send: the page people use to choose and send files, on the website and in both apps.
- Receive: the page where people receive files on the website, and the incoming-transfer request in both apps.
Two formats
Banner ads sit at the top of the page. Card ads sit at the bottom of the page. If you book several ads for the same place, they take turns every few seconds.
- Banner: a wide image, 1200 × 280 pixels (a 30:7 shape).
- Card: a 600 × 400 pixel image (a 3:2 shape).
Keep text large and near the left or centre. Phones show the image smaller, and the apps may trim very tall images.
What we need from you
- The image as PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 3 MB. Animated and SVG images are not shown in the apps.
- A short title (up to 120 characters), used as the image description.
- A secure https link where people land when they tap the ad.
- Where you want it to appear (Home, Get the app, Send or Receive) and, if you like, a start and end date.
Our rules
- Ads must be honest and match the page they link to. No misleading claims, adult content, malware or anything illegal.
- Ads cannot imitate GleamShare itself or pretend to be a system message, a download button or a transfer request.
- We do not add trackers to ads and we do not give advertisers any information about people who see them.
- We can pause or remove an ad that breaks these rules.
How to book
- Prepare your banner and/or card image and the link.
- Email them to sales@acaciawebmaster.com, together with where and when you want them to appear (website only, or also the Windows and Android apps).
- We review the ad, reply with the details and rates, and schedule it once everything is agreed.
