In the Android app
Open the Account tab, scroll to Delete account, type your password and confirm.
In the Windows app
Open Your account, scroll to Delete account, type your password and confirm.
On the website
Log in, open your Profile page, find Delete account, type your password and confirm.
Cannot log in?
If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the login page, then delete the account. If that does not work, write to us from the email address of the account (see the contact page) and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
Your email address and your password (stored only as a salted hash), your sign-in devices and the activity totals of your account. Links you already shared keep working until they expire, and the encrypted data behind them is deleted automatically after 7 days. Anonymous network records, which contain no email address, expire 90 days after their last use.
